Presented by Kevin Blanchard (USMC, Retired) and his wife Myra Khan Blanchard, this retreat will provide a holistic discussion about identity and redefining your new purpose post-military that includes your family. The program will include a discussion on taking care of your body and staying healthy. We’ll utilize the beautiful surroundings at Wildrock, with a short hike and an introduction to mindfulness.

This FREE retreat includes the following:

Childcare for ages 3 and up
A short hike
Dinner for the family
Campfire with live guitarist
Worksheets for self reflection
Introduction to mindfulness and a free yoga mat
